LinuxWorld Expo 2007
By some amazing fortune, work has sent me off to LinuxWorld. The last time I attended was in 2002. This year's expo will be fascinating to me...
Daily progress below the fold.
Day 0: Getting There
So I booked the rental car, and had to suppress a laugh when they said that my mid-size reservation would be a "Ford Focus or similar." Mind, a Focus is a good size for downtown SF, but still, calling it midsize is A BIT OF A STRETCH!
After that, nothing could prepare me for what the rental place actually kicked down (click on any image in this post for full-size picture:

So now it was my sad, sad lot in life to drive this midlife crisismobile down to San Francisco and keep the valet parkers entertained. Vehicle as pictured has 9,650 miles on the odometer. So it goes...
